For account, chart, subscription, privacy, accessibility, or technical help, email [email protected]. Include the app version and a description of what happened. Never email your full birth details, relationship-profile information, reflection text, Apple password, or purchase credentials.

Purchases and restore

Use Restore Purchases on the Anvaya paywall when a subscription is not recognized. Apple manages billing, cancellations, and refund requests. You can manage an active subscription in iPhone Settings under your Apple Account.

Chart corrections

You can review and correct your birth details inside the app. Changing birth time or place regenerates applicable chart snapshots under the current calculation version; prior Timeline reflections remain yours.

You can export your information and initiate deletion inside Account. See the account-deletion guide for the complete process.
