Delete your Anvaya account.

In the app

1. Open Anvaya and go to Account.
2. Optionally choose Export my data and save the machine-readable file.
3. Choose Delete account.
4. Complete fresh Sign in with Apple authorization and confirm deletion.

Deletion immediately removes active profile, chart, relationship, reflection, notification-device, and application-account records; deletes the dedicated Firebase identity; and wipes Anvaya data from the device. Transaction receipts required for fraud prevention, tax, or legal compliance may be retained in minimized form. Residual encrypted backup copies are inaccessible through the active service and expire automatically under the production backup-retention schedule.

Cannot access the app?

Email [email protected] from the Apple relay or contact email associated with the account. We will verify control without asking for an Apple password or sensitive chart data.

Subscription reminder

Deleting an Anvaya account does not itself cancel an Apple subscription. Manage or cancel it separately in Apple Account subscription settings.
